Nashville, TN – RCA Nashville hitmaker Chris Young debuted inside the country album Top 10 last week with the release of his new album, The Man I Want to Be, and Chris is going strong again this week, retaining his Top 10 album berth, even as his smash, “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song)” is rolling lucky sevens on the radio and video charts.
“Gettin’ You Home” broke into the country airplay Top 10 last week, and it climbs to #7 this week on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart, while the fun & sexy music video hits #7 on the video countdowns for both CMT and GAC.
Young is currently continuing a busy schedule on the road in support of the new album, and at the end of October, he will be part of a group traveling to entertain the troops in Iraq and Germany.
