Nashville, TN – Country star Sara Evans received two CMA nominations yesterday for “Female Vocalist of the Year” and “Single of the Year” for her No. 1 smash hit “A Little Bit Stronger.”

“I am thrilled beyond words to be nominated for ‘Female Vocalist’ and ‘Single of the Year’,” exclaimed Evans. “After taking a little break, to come back and have the kind of year that I've had is amazing!! I'm so grateful and blessed and happy! I'm so thankful to God!”

The 45th Annual CMA Awards airs live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 9 (8:00-11:00 PM/ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Evans’ current single “My Heart Can’t Tell You No” is the follow-up single to her fifth No. 1 single, “A Little Bit Stronger,” off her No. 1 album Stronger. Fans can catch Evans live on the “Flatts Fest” tour running through September 18th.
