Nashville, TN– RCA Nashville recording artist Sara Evans will celebrate a decade of hits and the release of her first Greatest Hits album on October 9 with multitude of national media appearances.

Beginning this weekend, Evans will be featured in a CMT Insider Special Edition that premieres on October 6 at 9:30am ET and runs throughout the week. The special will showcase Evans career hits and the videos that have made her a fan favorite. Also, CMT will re-air Big Break and Summerfest the week of October 8. On Big Break, one lucky musical act gets the chance of a lifetime to open for Evans at her concert in Asheville, N.C. Summerfest is a live 60 minute Sara Evans concert taped in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that showcases her high energy live shows.

Evans will grace the cover of Country Weekly magazine which hits stands October 8. The singer and mother of three discusses topics including her career, family and faith.

GAC’s On the Streets will air on October 9 where Evans discusses her Greatest Hits album with host Suzanne Alexander. Later in the month, GAC will feature Evans on The Collection, October 17 with host Storme Warren as they reminisce about her video career.

On October 10, Evans heads to New York City for national TV appearances including Good Morning America’s Fall Concert Series, as well as performances on The View and Hannity & Colmes. Evans will be performing her new hit single “As If,” which she co-wrote with Hillary Lindsay and John Shanks.

Greatest Hits features four new songs, “As If,” “Love You with All My Heart,” “Pray for You” and “Some Things Never Change,” all co-penned by Evans. Also featured on the album three Top 5 singles and four No. 1 songs, including “No Place That Far,” “Born to Fly,” “Suds in the Bucket,” “A Real Fine Place to Start,” and “I Could Not Ask for More,” among others.
