LOVE AND THEFT IS BACK WITH NEW MUSIC

"Angel Eyes" is their debut single on RCA

Nashville, TN – Today is a special day for Love and Theft (Stephen Barker Liles and Eric Gunderson) as they celebrate the add date for “Angel Eyes,” their debut single on RCA Records Nashville. But that isn’t the only reason today is special. Today, they share something unbelievable in common.

November 14 is Stephen’s mother Susie’s birthday AND Eric’s mother Cheryl’s birthday. Ironically, their mom’s were also born the same year.

“You can’t make this up,” says Keith Gale, V.P. of National Promotion for RCA. “When Stephen and Eric told me that November 14 was the birthday for both of their mom’s, I thought that was cool. But when they told me their mom’s were also born the same year, I thought, ‘this is a really cool and authentic story.’ We didn’t have any idea that November 14 was such a special day for Love and Theft until after we had chosen their add date. The guys told me about this while we were driving around the country on their radio promo tour.”

Love and Theft set out to be a band that writes, records and performs honest, soulful country music. “Angel Eyes” is the perfect example of their mantra.
